John was on the board of Directors for Hands of Hope Clinic, an organization that aims to provide medical, dental, and mental health care to uninsured adult residents of Henry County. Please consider a donation in memory of John.​

Please join us for a ride in John's memory as we visit his ghost bike and pay our respects to our beloved friend. 
​John was a well known doctor and prominent figure in the Henry community. He was an avid cyclist and a long-time SCC member. John was killed by a motorist while riding his bicycle with friends.

The Memorial Ride will leave from Atlanta Motor Speedway parking to the ghost bike on Lower Woolsey Road. Less than 4 mile round trip.
Additional, unsupported group ride options of 50 or 30 miles are available after the ghost bike visit.

Riding is not required. If you are unable to ride, please consider joining via car at the memorial ghost bike located on Lower Woolsey Road between HWY 20 and HWY 19-41.​
